Sublease at Boardwalk at Appleyard in Tallahassee, Florida For Sale

I am moving to Orlando for school, and I need to find someone who can take my lease from May 4th-July 31st. The room I am subleasing is bedroom C. Rent is $475, it includes Electricity ($150 for apartment), Water, Sewer, Pest, and Trash. It is a 4/4, there will be 3 other roommates but they are great. All in mid 20's, finishing school, very mature, very clean, not a party house at all!
The apartment is on the first floor, it is furnished with good furniture, the mattress is only 1 year old! There is a washer and dryer that is in the apartment! I really do love this apartment, and the complex. It is very safe, gated at night with security. The only trash & recycling is right outside this apartment so not a long walk. There is bus routes to FSU, and TCC.
